'Scatterbrain' is a 22-minute, silent comedy about a guy named Joe. One day, Joe's brain begins to sing. So, to get some sleep, Joe replaces his brain with a giant, Lithium battery. A slapstick adventure ensues as Joe attempts to bring to life the corpse of his dead girlfriend and adjust to an existence without a brain. This experimental film uses music as the device that propels the narrative, and not dialogue.
